The Subcommittee is comprised of service providers committed to ensuring that individuals have easy access to a full array of behavioral health services including crisis care and that individuals receive the right service at the right time.

Local Police Departments
The Crisis Response Network, Inc. participates in the Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) for police officers. The goal of the training is to educate police officers to effectively work with individuals with mental health and/ or substance abuse disorders and their families.
Staff members from the Crisis Response Network, Inc. also meet monthly with representatives from the Phoenix Police Department to foster the network’s ability to respond to police requests for crisis intervention for individuals or families who are experiencing a distressing situation that has involved police intervention.
