The Crisis Response Network will host a Job Fair from 4 – 7 p.m., August 10 at 1275 W. Washington, Suite 108 in Tempe. The offices are on the south side of Washington, between Priest and 56th Street.

The focus of the event will be to recruit Crisis Specialists for our Crisis Contact Center. Make sure you bring your resume, as on the spot interviews will be conducted.

Who is Crisis Response Network?

We are an award-winning nonprofit that operates a 24/7 crisis line serving Maricopa county as well as Northern Arizona. Our mission is to Inspire Hope through our talented and compassionate staff. Since 2007, CRN has been providing crisis contact center services and in that short time has helped thousands of individuals and families connect to the help they need. Additionally, in that short timeframe, CRN has grown to expand services to a 24/7 peer-run Warm Line, Serious Mental Illness (SMI) determinations, mobile team dispatches, crisis transportation services, emergency room-based assessments, Department of Child Safety (DCS) rapid response and crisis stabilization services, telephone follow-up to those who need it, tragedy support lines and other in-kind services to the community.

What does a Crisis Specialist do?

Receive incoming calls from community members seeking crisis assistance. Utilize crisis assessment and intervention skills. Make outbound calls, emails, text or chat to effectively coordinate care and resolve crisis situations through identification of community resources.

What qualifications do I need?

? Combination of education and crisis experience in behavioral health.
? Preferred: Associate or Independent Licensure in the state of Arizona.
